We understand that your inbox can get busy. If you no longer wish to receive promotional updates or newsletters from us, you can easily unsubscribe at any time through your account settings.
If You're Using The Hata Mobile App/Website:
Log in to your Hata account.
Tap on the Profile icon (top left).
Go to Settings > Communications.
Look for the News & Promotion Emails option.
Toggle it off to unsubscribe.
Please note: Clicking "Unsubscribe" from our emails will not automatically remove you from our mailing list. To complete the process, please follow the steps abovewhile logged in to your account.
Once you've turned off this option, you will stop receiving marketing emails from us. You’ll still receive important service-related notifications (such as transaction alerts or account security updates).
