We are excited to introduce you to our new and improved support experience!

As we continue to grow, we are transitioning to a new service provider to ensure that getting help is faster, easier, and more reliable. We are currently in a Beta testing phase, which means you get early access to our new tools while we fine-tune the details.

Our New Support Email

During this Beta period, you may notice a change in our communication. While our standard address is usually [email protected], we are temporarily using [email protected] for all correspondence within this new system. Please rest assured that emails from [email protected] are official and come directly from our team.

How to Submit a Ticket

Our ticketing process is now integrated into our new support messenger. To reach our team:

  1. Locate the Support Icon: Look for the headphones icon (the support messenger) usually found at the bottom corner of your screen.

  2. Start a Conversation: Click the icon to open the messenger and select the option to send us a message or create a ticket.

  3. Provide Details: Our new forms will guide you to provide the most important information upfront. This reduces the need for repeated messages and helps us revert to you with a solution much faster.

System Improvements

Since we are still in the middle of this transition, you might occasionally encounter minor issues or pages that are still being updated. We appreciate your patience as we complete these improvements.
