If your email service provider is pushing Hata emails into your spam or junk folder, you can follow the step-by-step guide below to whitelist Hata emails.
Outlook
Log in to your Outlook account and click [Settings]-[View all Outlook Settings].
After that, click [Email]-[Junk Email] and look for [Safe Senders and Domains].
Click [Add] and add Hata’s email addresses to the list.This ensures that Outlook will not move Hata’s emails to your junk folder. Click [Save] to save your settings.

Gmail
Login into your Gmail account and click [Settings]-[See all settings].
Go to the [Filters and Blocked Addresses] tab. Click [Create a new filter].
Copy and paste the official Hata email addresses to the [From] field and click [Create filter].
