Visit our website at www.hata.io and scroll to the bottom of the page. Under Explore, select [Help Centre]. You will be redirected to Hata's Customer Support Helpdesk page.
On Hata's Customer Support Helpdesk. Select [Submit a ticket].
Fill in the details of your ticket. Details for each field / section are described below:
Email Address - Input the email address you've registered with Hata. If you are not a Hata user, you may use any email address. Hata's Customer Support team will use this email to get in touch with you.
Type - Choose the category that best describes your issue or inquiry.
Description - Provide detailed information about your issue, request, or question and share relevant details.
Attachment (Optional) - You may attach any relevant supporting documents such as images, screenshots or official documents pertaining to your issue or inquiry.
Note: Only pdf, jpg, png or tiff files are accepted.
Complete the CAPTCHA for verification.
Select [Submit] to complete your ticket submission and a Hata Customer Support associate will attend to your ticket and reply to your email as soon as possible.
