Hata operates two distinct platforms to serve different needs:
-Hata Malaysia is our dedicated platform for Malaysian residents, regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), with services denominated in MYR.
-Hata Global is our separate, USD-denominated platform, licensed and regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA).
When a new user signs up with Hata, their account is created on the appropriate platform based on their region and KYC information.
