Why wasn't my account created on Hata Global initially?
When a new user signs up with Hata, their account is automatically created on the appropriate platform based on their region and KYC (Identity Verification) information. If you do not currently have access to Hata Global, it is because your account was placed on our dedicated Malaysian platform based on your initial profile.
Understanding Our Two Platforms
Hata operates two distinct platforms to serve different regulatory and regional needs:
Hata Malaysia: Our dedicated platform for Malaysian residents, regulated by the Securities Commission Malaysia (SC), with services denominated in MYR.
Hata Global: Our separate, USD-denominated platform, licensed and regulated by the Labuan Financial Services Authority (LFSA).
